He answered my questions about the efficacy of chiropractics for this injury, got me a convenient appointment, and went on to get me back on the trails. I literally limped into Dr. Bockelmann's office (after a night of compression, ice, and elevation) and comfortably walked out. He made the adjustments and gave me directions to test it out on level ground and take it slow the first day. He thought I was good to go for my usual moderate hikes after that and he was completely correct. My husband doubted my choice to get help from a chiropractor, but now he's a believer.
