Both times that we've been there were maybe ~15 booths and a few food trucks which smelled really great! I picked up a few baked goods (vegan chocolate chip cookies from Donna Marie's Catering and some mini pies from Meredith's Jam N Goodies). All were great and reasonably priced! If you're looking for a treat, there is a wide selection here. I also got some homemade pot holders from another vendor which are super cute. Parking isn't too difficult. I would say you can entertain yourself for about an hour here. We will be back!

This one was small, had no diversity, and like just one of each type of thing. Nice park though. That's pretty much the only positive. Went there hungry and left even hungrier. Also at one both that sold veggies and some kind of hot sauce, the vendor was vaping the whole time. It was off putting and unprofessional. Seriously, though, Lake Eola's market is an amazing market with really great vendors not mediocre arts and crafts and pyramid scheme booths. Much better food offerings, too. Although the lady with the two tables full of baked goods at Melbourne had decent stuff.

Regardless, many venders were still there offering great products. I had a delicious coffee and açaí bowl during my time here. There's a great view of the water and it's close to the downtown so you can walk around after.

The market is in a very nice location and was easy to get to. Parking was also not a problem during our visit. There was street parking available along with parking at the library and another parking lot next door, so we were able to park and walk over without any difficulty. The waterfront setting makes it a pleasant area to walk around, but the market itself was much smaller than I expected. During our visit, there were only about 15 vendor tents set up, and most of them seemed to be selling clothing, jewelry, crafts, and similar items. Since this is called a farmers market, I expected to find vendors selling fresh produce, plants, locally grown foods, baked goods, or other farm-related products. Unfortunately, I didn't see any of those during our visit. It is certainly possible that the number and types of vendors change from week to week, and perhaps we just happened to visit on a particularly slow day. The vendors who were there had some interesting things to look at, and the location itself was very pleasant, but it simply wasn't what I expected from a farmers market. Overall, if you are already in downtown Fort Pierce, it may be worth walking through to see what is there that day, but I don't think I would make a special trip based on our experience. Enjoy!

Visited the Winter Garden Farmers Market this past weekend, and I have to say that this is probably…read morethe best farmers market in the Central FL area. Parking was easy, free, and conveniently located to all the festivities which is a huge plus. This is also one of the few local markets where I've actually seen a large selection of fresh produce and and farm goods available. It was refreshing to see so many people bring their market bags on wheels, wagons, etc. ready to purchase fresh fruits & veggies and support our local farmers. Beautiful watermelons, tomatoes, papaya, lettuces, corn, peppers, zucchini, and more. There's a good mix of vendors ranging from jewelry and handcrafted goods to food trucks and specialty food items. We got mango coladas, mango flower with tajin, breakfast tacos, and of course, kettle corn. Huge plus that there is the downtown splash pad for all the kids to play right in the middle of all the action. It was a HOT one and this was a great way for my little guy to cool off and burn some energy while we sat and enjoyed our food. If you have kids, I highly suggest they wear their swimsuits and bring some towels to dry off.

Views of some great local vendors and dogs make make me happy.
