For a simple will this could have been a lot better…read more We had to fill out a sheet listing our preferences. After we returned it, we were sent a sample trust, health directive and POA's. The trust was very complicated and not like our previous trust. We decided to go simple wills. There were errors that I very specifically e-mailed back. No corrected versions were e-mailed back. We met in person at his office and there were errors. The office is a shared space that can be rented, he didn't bring his computer so no corrections could be made. He also only wanted to give us a copy and not the originals. Every other attorney I have used for wills has had us sign 2 copies - 1 for them to file and 1 for us. Meeting number two had more errors, including some documents dated last year. No computer so no timely changes. Meeting three and they were finally correct. I could have done my own.
