Well, it's been close to a year now and I'm pretty sure that feeling may never go away. My wife and I still can't get over how happy we are with the results. From the beginning of the project, John was a pleasure to work with. He provided us with detailed schematics of the layout, and after a few iterations, we signed the contract and the work began. The one and only hiccup during the project was the cabinet delivery date, but this was at the tail end of Covid and he had forewarned us to expect a possible delay in the delivery. If you're considering having any cabinet work done in your home I highly recommend John Davis. He is a professional and a perfectionist, not to mention a very kind person. Thank you John for giving us the kitchen of our dreams!

NOTE: I worked with Moe Satari at CGM and purchased my countertops via Cabinets to Go…read more Moe was patient and effective resolving issues created after the wrong color tile was installed for the shower floor and the wrong kitchen sink was delivered to the job site (not CGM errors). Getting the sink originally specified would have delayed our project 6-8 weeks. The incorrect tile color was still great, but required a change to the countertop stone selection. Moe walked me through the CGM slab yard and helped find a countertop slab which worked with the tile in the kitchen and bath and was also an option available for Cabinets to Go clients. I love it even more than my original choice! Moe also worked with the fabrication team and CGM management to find a solution which allowed us to use the sink we had on hand vs. having to re-order. This saved time and money. When white caulk was used in the bath vs. the clear used in the kitchen, the look wasn't what I wanted given the charcoal gray stone chosen. With CGM, I experienced zero pushback and no excuses getting that error corrected promptly and properly. Too bad this approach isn't more typical of those in the construction trades! How a business addresses problems says so much about their integrity and customer service. I'd definitely use CGM for future countertop installations. It was a good experience all around.

I would like to specifically thank Bobby for the consultation, Walt and Terry for the installation. I will say as far as prices you are looking on the higher end, but it is well worth it for the great quality of materials and the excellent skills of the installation team. We are so happy and excited for our new shower upgrades. I highly recommend this company and you are welcome to use my name as a referral. I also really appreciated the card sent and kit given after installation, that added a very personalized experience. Both Walt and Terry were so good, I cannot say enough great things about either. But wanted to give Walt a special shout out, he is a very hard worker and extremely personable. Terry, Is Just as cool - just had more interaction with Walt. A huge thank you to all staff at Rebath:)

Buyer beware. I believe we had to wait approximately three to four months for our installation after the initial consultation. And, as with most projects like this one, half of the payment is requested up front. From the time we ordered our products to the anticipated project schedule date, we heard nothing from Re-bath. I finally called to find out when we would be scheduled for our install, and they were able to add us to the calendar. Our installer, Steve, was courteous, professional, and respectful. He made us feel comfortable having him in our home. He was alone when most of their technicians have arrived in pairs. Unfortunately, most of our experience has been deeply disappointing. Their salesman made multiple false statements. He told us the tub would be non-slick. That's not true. He said a safety handle would be installed to grab when stepping inside. That wasn't true. He said our exhaust fan would have a sensor and automatically run when moisture was present. That definitely isn't true either. The siding for the shower did not look like what I thought I had picked out from the salesman's computer or his small samples. It was blue. I definitely don't recall choosing blue. It doesn't match the color of my bathroom. Either my order was not correct, or perhaps their samples are not large enough to give me a true representation of the final look. One of the biggest problems is the tub creaks loudly. Whoever takes the first shower of the morning wakes up everyone else in the house. Multiple service visits have not completely fixed the problem. There have been additional issues. Our exhaust fan drips. The tub spout has a stream during showers. The knob from the shower diverter came off. The floor cracks in one spot where there is a dip. One baseboard original to the house 30 years ago was missed and still hasn't been replaced despite the many opportunities during visits by technicians for the tub. In the months since July, Re-bath has been to our home multiple times to work on the tub. I have asked if we need a mortar bed, but they don't do those, and they do not feel support is the issue. Their last visit was Wednesday. It was a terrible service experience. I was told they were coming to completely take out the tub to find the creak and to work on the other issues. My husband arranged to be home to let the technicians in, then he left. He said they seemed frustrated with the work order because they didn't hear the creak when they stepped into the tub. That was unexpected, because it creaks with every shower we take, but I also didn't understand why they were diagnosing the creak instead of starting on the work. The creak isn't new. They've heard the sound before, and we had a plan in place (their plan). Long story short, they apparently left not long after my husband without doing any work at all. They didn't notify me when they left or to tell me they were not going to work on any of our issues. I came home late that evening to find an empty house with my doors standing wide open and no one home. A new service manager did call me concerning the poor service experience with an apology. He blamed everything on miscommunication. He expressed concern that removing the tub (their plan) may unintentionally make the creaking worse again. So...okay then, thank you for your honesty. Needless to say, that ends my trust with Re-bath. After months of rearranged schedules and unfulfilled promises, I feel like I need to hire another contractor to correct the issues. That will be another expense on top of this $16,000 remodel. Did I mention the tub feels like a rock when you sit in it? It has a higher back then slopes down, giving a hump. I didn't know that would be the case when we purchased it. It's not comfortable for those who want a good soak in my humble opinion. I can't recommend Re-bath for a tub. Maybe they do beautiful showers. And I wouldn't leave them alone at your house. Good luck.

He also sent proof that he was insured and had his contractor license, and sent a contract before starting the work, which made me feel a lot better. The owner, Tsetsi, was highly recommended by a plumber that had done work for us. Tsetsi completed our master bathroom remodel as well as renovation of 4 other bathrooms in the house. The quality of work was excellent. He did a beautiful job redesigning the master bath shower. The tile work he did in the master bath shower and around the bathtub was exceptionally beautiful. He also tiled floors in three of the other bathrooms and they are all equally as nice. His attention to detail was impressive. Tetsi also recommended other tradesmen for work on the job such as a plumber, electrician, and a company that we worked with to have quartz countertops installed in each bathroom. The quality of these people was also exceptional. Of note, each of them commented to me about the high quality of Tsetsi's work, and how easy he is to work with. Tsetsi has repaired boards on our deck, managed and built supports under the deck for a hot tub, painted cabinets, built shelves, and things I can't even remember. He can make just about anything happen. The communication with Tsetsi is the best I have had with someone who worked on my house. This was especially important because the house being worked on is three hours from our full-time residence. It was reassuring that he kept in close contact. He was willing to do anything we asked, and he was able to figure out what needed to be done. The cost and timeline were right on target. Tetsi and his workers were respectful of our house and cleaned up after the work was done. We highly recommend TBH Home Solutions for just about any project on a house. The tile work exceeded expectations. The work we had done was high quality and it was clear they cared that we were satisfied with the work. We will hire them in the future.
