I was having a hard time finding the exact type of quartz I wanted (white with thin brown or gold veins) and Dwight went out looking for me and came back with pictures of several options. He ended up finding exactly what I was looking for. Dwight is easy to get ahold of, which makes him feel like a unicorn in the home improvement industry. He and his team have a well-practiced method for precisely measuring the countertop space and creating beautiful countertops. He had a worker that had a metric measuring tape without knowledge of how to use it. This worker also wanted to cut a wooden wedge with a Sawzall against my wood kitchen floor. UNBELIEAVABLE!! The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare

Once he finally showed up he installs the wrong counter top! He called me liar when I said that was not what I the ordered. I ordered the Azul platino which is a white counter top. I showed him the quote with the countertop name and he told me that the Azul Platino is the style and you don't get to chose the color it's just whatever he has in the shop. Nelson and this company are scam artist thag smoke on your property and yell and you when they screw up. We searched for a fabricator that could do our bathrooms and kitchen. Nelson with Utah Granite and Marble was quick to respond to my initial message. He gave us a fantastic quote and came to measure. He was quick to answer questions and helpful with talking about what we wanted. We paid the deposit of 3K in September and were excited to have our kitchen remodeled. We waited and the responses were further and farther between. We were not getting updates and deadlines continued to be missed. Eventually we got ahold of them again and he said his machine to do the cutting was broken and they needed to get it fixed. We were patient and understanding. Once the machine was up and running we asked about our install date again. Two weeks later with no response we heard back that something was wrong with the machine and our slab shattered. They reassured us that they would get a replacement since it was their fault. We continued to wait. Then in November I took matters into my own hands and found out they didn't even pick up the right slab in the first place. They said they would get the correct slab and do the install. Then after another month of no response and demands to have something updated in writing we asked for a refund so we could split ways. They called and said if we would purchase the right slab they would be able to install and provide us a refund of the overage that we would have paid. I was not happy with this but willing to proceed if I could get it in writing. Again another month with no response to several emails, calls and texts. We are now in February and it seems as if he has turned off his email and blocked me. We are now taking this to small claims court because it is the only option we have besides just walking away from that money. I am so disappointed. I gave them more chances to fix the situation than I was comfortable with in hopes that they would do the right thing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY COMMIT FRAUD AND YOU WILL BE OUT YOUR MONEY!

They had a large selection of materials and looks to choose from. Their team came out and removed my old countertops and replaced the new ones in under an hour! They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! The entire room looks different with my new countertops from PSI Tops! The mounted sinks I also got from PSI and they look amazing and seamless, worth the money. My wife listened to Bivian as he spoke with a co worker about this "fucking housewife" who wanted to come in. He continued to disparage her like this as she listened to him speaking before she decided to disconnect the call. Needless to say she did not go into the store. Bivian is listed as the owner of the company with the State of Utah. We will not be doing business with him (we were prepared to spend several thousand dollars.) Thankfully we discovered the type of person he is before finding ourselves stuck in a financial transaction with a man who talks about his customers in this manner.

As today we have received only part of the cabinets and no countertop. Sanels has constantly lied about being able to fulfill the order. We contacted their countertop contractor and they stated that Sanels had said they were going with a different vendor though Sanels had informed us they had already placed an order with this countertop provider. Sanels has you pay for the entire order up front and does not deliver product. It would appear they are operating some sort of Ponzi scheme as they take your money will not deliver products. Go with anyone else but these guys. Their office in Phoenix has an F BBB rating and the Sandy office as a D+. These guys are shady and not to be trusted.

13 weeks and we still don't have our Cabinets! We purchased cabinets from Sanels Wholesale…read moreCabinets in Sandy Utah via docusign and payment portal sent by Joe Darger (General Manager of Operations) on Oct. 14, 2022. The sales rep Brayden Day (who has since left the company due to their "lack of accountability to their customers" confirmed in writing, that the cabinets would take "3-4 weeks from the time we ordered them from Phoenix, to arrive in Utah". So they should have arrived in Sandy by 11/11/22. They did not..and still haven't! During this 9 week delay, I have called, emailed, texted Joe Darger and Amber Freeze (I'm unsure of Amber's last name spelling, as she refused to reply with the spelling but have been told she "runs Phoenix Warehouse Operations"), pleading for our cabinets. On 12/12/22 Amber advised Brayden (who was still trying to help me after leaving the company bc the Utah employee Jordan Darger: who took over Brayden's customers but wouldn't reply to my emails or calls) that our cabinets would ship to Utah by 12/16/22. She did not ship them. Then, Amber had Joe advise me on 12/21/22, that the cabinets would arrive in Sandy on 12/27 or 12/28. She did not ship them. Then, Amber advised me on a 1/3/23 call, that our cabinets would arrive in Sandy by 1/6/23. She did not ship them. Amber lied multiple times in a text chain between her, Joe Darger and I on 1/7/23 regarding our cabinets' whereabouts and the false updates she's given (listed above). I have every email, text, and even call follow-ups documented. Both Joe and Amber were advised in writing on 1/7/23 that a BBB complaint (and social media complaints) would be launched if they couldn't get the cabinets shipped to us on the 1/9/23 truck.. I pleaded for confirmation and names/numbers of contacts to help me. No confirmation (or contact #s) have been provided still.
