Very caring and loving staff here. They have a wonderful courtyard in the middle with gardens and a walkway with a small fountain. The building is older and needs maintenance but the staff does everything that they can on their shoestring budget. This keeps the price affordable for the residents, I just wish Grandview fundraising was more successful so more of the projects and repairs can be addressed quickly. The staff is deserving of five stars however the state of the building and particularly the parking lot needs to be considered which is the reason for the four stars. I'm sure everything will be addressed as soon as the money is available but the fundraising just hasn't been as successful as I would like to see. read more
