Very efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable and practiced, I have been very happy with the cleanings and all the interactions I've had. They also do pedi work and seem to be very popular with the little kid crowd, which surely means a lot. What began as getting our regular cleanings has become an opportunity to catch up with friends. From my squirmy two year old to formerly reluctant husband, we know that we are cared for at HFD. I look forward to the spa like paraffin hand treatment during my cleanings and my young boys know right where the special toy cupboard is when they are done. Not only do they do an excellent job in the office, but remain dedicated to serving Miles City though preschool and grade school presentations, participating in local fundraisers and service projects, and donating their time to free Smile days for those without dental resources. I suspect most, if not all, people do not anticipate a positive experience when visiting the dentist, particularly oral surgery type offices, but each visit has been the best dental contacts I have had in my half century on the planet. The staff is amazing, courteous, and efficient. Even in contacting my insurance companies they went the extra mile in making arrangements for payment. I was their first patient of the day and they had everything well established to get started, even as this is a satellite office to their main office in Billings. Dr. Logan Ganoe even called at 6 pm, after they returned to Billings to check on how I was doing after the procedure, which did involve 3 separate events in one day. This is a level of customer service and care that is rare in my experience these days. I would recommend Summit for any dental surgery or extraction as I have not found better anywhere.

After the basic prep was done by one of his staff (imaging my tooth and whatnot) Dr. Matthews took a look, and indicated that rather than grinding down my tooth and fitting a crown, he felt he could do a filling instead - saving me hundreds, if not a thousand dollars. The filling has held up for years with no issues. 10/10 would recommend.
