They give you the feeling that they want to be there and that it's just not another job. It's an odd mix of a crew with the owners and management being Israeli and the contracting crew being Brazilian, but it works! The crew took their time and took great pride in their work, making sure everything was just right. I actually enjoyed having them around. They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor. Everything else is included. There is no worrying about time constraints. The job is one when everyone is satisfied.

zero communication. texts were either delayed by days, ignored, or treated with contempt…read more no project manager to pay attention to details. I had to be the one to point out that the oven didn't fit, the cabinet didn't open because the microwave was in the way, the faucet handle didn't go all the way because it hit the wall, daniel texted me trying to get out of repairing exposed floor "I do not recommend it", my texts asking when they would remove the remainder of the garbage left behind was ignored so after many days i did it myself . They didn't notice or care that there was broken baseboards that I had to point out and there was zero clean up of the work site Including floors and sliding glass door. Daniel promised me workers would never be alone in my house - but I came home to find them alone and they had walked through my home by the bedrooms to reach the thermostat and drop the air conditioning 20 degrees lower (I didn't even know the setting went to 50). He also promised me one type of kitchen light but delivered another. Still today there is a paint drip on the ceiling and a piece of exposed floor And also questionable cutting of the quartz by the sink which is devastating. Daniel didn't care one bit about this project and tried to get me to pick countertops from screenshots by text!!! I had to refuse and say I needed to see it in person. Because he waited until the last minute, and the warehouse put me in a queue to order, that delayed the project about a week. But why am I finally writing this review 2 months later? Because I had a kitchen flood from the pipe under the sink not being properly installed. It took a plumber on a Sunday night to do an emergency fix and then back the next day to spend more than a half hour to relocate it. They said it had been Jerry rigged to fit instead of being done correctly and finally separated. It was awful from start to finish after waiting 50 years for a once in a lifetime remodel. I do not recommend.

There are not enough words to say how happy I am with Ronald and McCafferty Home Services. I am new…read moreto the Florida area and my husband and I recently bought a home, so I called about 10-12 different companies to vet them about everything from painting (interior and exterior of our new home), to electrical work, to something more simple such as power washing. The reason why I picked Ronald was because out of the companies that I called he was one of one that actually answered and responded to my calls and texts (DIRECTLY) within five minutes. Every other company was sending me to a third-party where I would have to explain over and over again to the workers what I wanted/needed. (Most of which unfortunately didn't speak English). Usually, I pick someone with reviews on yelp, however, the companies I called with over 10 reviews almost always sent my call to a third-party and or did not reply right away. I am so extremely happy that I went with my judgment on McCafferty home services. In addition, when Ron did not provide a service, he would either refer me to someone that did, or tell me the honest truth and to do some of my own vetting (example: movers/landscaping). MEANING, he did not send people my way unless he could vouch for them, and this meant a lot to me. At the end of the day, I am so incredibly happy with the craftsmanship, the timeline, and the kind demeanor of him and his team. Also, he sent pictures and videos every step of the way, which was so thoughtful and great for us, some thing he did not have to do. We can't wait to have him install our LED mirrors, paint the outside of our house, and see him once in a while to power wash our front and back yard. This may have been a pretty long review, but to be honest, I did not know how to sum it up and a short version. I highly recommend anyone to use McCafferty Home Services and look forward to hiring them again. Thank you! Sincerely, Laureta (Elle) Cami

I explained to Torrie that I needed this project managed from start to finish with minimal direction from me as I no longer lived there and was extremely busy at work. Torrie and Jason took over this project and took it off my plate completely. She communicated when necessary and got me involved only when crucial decisions were neccesary as I requested.
