Paid for parking, entered license plate info and followed the instructions, as posted. The instructions do not mention placing the receipt in the window or dash and why should you need to since you just entered your license plate info into their system. Leave your vehicle and the CPS boot employees show up and hold your car hostage though you paid. Then you call to get someone come to free your vehicle and they give you a real deal of $40 instead of the $75 to do so though you've followed all the rules. The guy from the "booting" company, CPS, wouldn't call his manager to even discuss the complaint, well maybe he doesn't even have a manager and he's just a guy riding around taking peoples money. Some of the cons to this parking deck includes bad indoor lighting. If you attend evening events and end up walking to your car after the sunsets be super careful. It's pretty dark in here and when people are backing out of their parking space it's hard do see. Some of the indoor lights are broken so if you guys are reading this...please fix the lights... The spaces are super narrow so you gotta pay super attention when parking otherwise you won't have any space for your door. Also be courteous and don't park outside the lines otherwise the person parking next to you can't get out without denting your door.... During "special events" such as food festivals and stuff like that they do charge money. The prices varies from $5-$10.

I used National Parking at a recent stay at the Double Tree in Smyrna right by SunTrust Park. I parked and retrieved my car at least a dozen times during my stay and every time no matter the valet attendant it was the same great service. When you initially park they ask you for your cell phone number and text you a link. Inside of that link it takes you to their internal site where you can click on retrieving your car. The great thing is it tells you exactly where you line up in retrieval. I will tell you it never took more than 5 minutes usually less to retrieve my car. In most cases I would click on the retrieval button and before I even got downstairs my car was already ready. What I also liked is the fact is each time I was met with "Have a great day", "Welcome back to the Double Tree", " How is your evening going" etc...a true class act.

When I called to have the boot removed and told them I paid for parking, they told me I paid at 8:36 and they booted my car before that. I have a text showing that I texted someone I was meeting at 8:37 when I got to the restaurant and a screen shot of maps showing that the restaurant is a 2 min walk from the garage. They had to literally boot my car as soon as I walked out of the garage.
