He was very slow to progress onto the next stage and often times was more concerned about fuel and not wearing out his cars clutch than actually letting you learn. Not only this but neither he nor Smart Learner mentioned that 2 hours of this 5 hour package are reserved for the Test and cannot be used as driving lessons (or if this was mentioned it was definitely not made clear enough, in person and on the website). Furthermore he made arrangements for another lesson after those 3 hours were up, not mentioning the fact that I will have to pay for the next appointment until I got into the car on the day, only to be left disappointed and told that I CANNOT get a refund due to the appointment already having been made.

Instructor (Jay) was very unreliable,…read morecancelled or rescheduled lessons frequently and was often very late (without giving any warning). They do not explain their processes properly, apparently having two driving lessons a week isn't possible unless you book an intensive course. They also have a cancellation policy which means they charge you the full cost of the lesson unless you cancel within 36 hours, but when my driving instructor cancelled/rescheduled over 8 times (sometimes with less than 5 minutes notice), there was no compensation. Also made weird/inappropriate comments at times which made me feel uncomfortable. If you are a young woman I wouldn't recommend booking lessons with this instructor. Very unprofessional, instead of taking on board the feedback he receives from reviews, he responds to negative reviews trying to plead his case and makes up lies. Overall I was very disappointed with my experience, and terminated my lessons with them.

Tehreem was completely different, she was incredibly patient, gentle, and supportive throughout the whole process. Learning took me a little longer, but she never made me feel rushed or discouraged. She took the time to explain things in ways that worked for me and made sure I truly understood, rather than just memorising what to do. Her teaching style gave me so much confidence, and the mock tests were especially helpful in getting me fully prepared for the real test. When I contacted RSM, I specifically asked for a kind and patient instructor, and they absolutely delivered. I truly don't think I would have passed without Tehreem's support and guidance.
