They sold it as is, so consider it your problem. I bought a car from them in 2015 and I have never had an ounce of trouble with it. But if I had of, it certainly would not have been their fault. I would recommend them 100% on honesty and that's hard to find now days.

My cousin took her 3 year old dryer to him to repair for a heating element. She called and went…read morethere and he stated that it must have gotten stolen along with other appliances, doesnt have cameras and is saying he doesnt know what happened to it, its not his problem! He refuses to make it right, get her another one or take responsibility for his mistake. We dont believe him, we bet he sold it for money and now acts like its not his problem. How does a business owner do that to a young struggling couple with 3 kids. How do you justify and think its right to not give her another one. She trusted him to repair the dryer not to STEAL it of for it to get stolen! Who knows what really happened, only he knows whether he sold it for money or it got stolen. I wonder if he called the police and filed a police report? Its just not right as a business owner to take someones dryer, claim it got stolen and then do absolutely nothing about it!

I wish I could give them a lower rating than 1. I delivered a Pier 1 Bedroom furniture collection…read moreto them. This included a Shanghai collection headboard, footboard, armoire, dresser, two nightstands, and a table. All in good condition, minus a few scratches. I waited over a month and nothing. I finally contacted them and they sent me a check for $56. The $56 was for the two nightstands, table, dresser. My armoire, they said, had a broken leg, so they sold it for $5. This is not true. I was using the armoire the day before it was delivered and there was NEVER a problem with any of the legs, it was worth at the very least $50. They never even sent me the $5! I've tried inquiring about the headboard and footboard since last fall. Everytime I call, I'm told they'll get back to me. They've never called me back. I feel ripped off, cheated. My furniture was worth more than $56. I will never, ever use nor recommend Osage Action Barn again

We bought the bracelet and just talked with Creed and his mother about their 3rd generation family business. The father/grandfather always wanted to carry some jewelry that anyone could afford, so they created a special room where every item was 99 cents! That tradition is carried on today, but inflation has raised the price to $1.99. Back to my wife's gift...sometimes its hard for smaller businesses to compete pricewise with larger retailers. Thats not the case with KK Jewelers. Their prices are competitive, but their service is unbeatable. Give them a try!
