Probably the worst dip I've ever gotten. I'll bet it chips off within a couple hours... I'm pretty sure the guy doing them didn't even know how to do dip because he used a gel base to "stick" the powder to my nail. I'm not a trained tech, but they feel uneven and even the color is blotchy and uneven too. Don't go. You're better off doing it yourself or getting those ugly glue-on nails. I told him I liked the length of one of my nails, and he processed to cut them all shorter than that. read more

The deal with this place is they advertise $25 basic mani and $35 basic pedi but you have to pay $5 for reg nail polish on each that should be included, which was not. I waited longer than they took on my mani & pedi. It was average. A quick basic scrub, lotion faster than cleaning / cutting your nails & cuticles and done. No drying station. Super quick. My daughter and I have been looking for a forever pedicure place. We were able to get pedicures together. It started out okay. We opted for the basic $35 pedicure. The pedicures were decent. But then we're charged $50 because we chose gel polish? We weren't told or asked about it. Just charged for it. I won't be going back to such a sneaky, unethical nail salon. This appears to be a newer nail salon, can't say enough about the service! Walk-in with my mom and sister for a quick mani/pedi, they got us right in with no wait time. Came in for a nice, simple fill. The nail tech offered me some choices, but I thought she was offering me a more expensive choice than I had gotten the last time. I asked very simply whether "these nails" were more expensive than "those" and did not get a straight answer. She finally honored my request to use the same color and type I had had before, but I had to press the issue and refuse to be upsold. Their sign says $20 and up to fill acrylic nails, but when it came time to pay, they charged me $35. They actually got angry with me when I asked for an explanation. They tried to tell me it was because of the color I chose. Fifteen dollars for a color? And I tried to get an explanation before any color was applied. They charge a surcharge for credit card use, but they have no sign informing customers of this. When I asked about the surcharge, they told me there would be one but didn't tell me what it was. I ended up paying with Venmo and can't dispute the charge. I will not be going back to this salon. read more
