HORRIBLE!!! A friend and I went here to get a pedicure and the new shellac nails. Our pedicures…read morewere far shorter then any I have ever gotten and the nail art was hideous on both sets, leaving polish around the nails and some nails were not even fully polished! The shellac nails were done very sloppy, the polish was not even to the edges, one set was WAY to thick and the other set didn't have enough on it, the to thick one had divets and bubbles. Both were chipping off within 2 days. Needless to say I'm sitting in a far more classy salon know getting the damage taken off of my nails. I'm only giving them one star for their time and they did stay late, but remember if you don't want to stay late don't book appointments and please don't take it out on someone's nails when they are going to pay a good chunk of money!

Friday afternoon my mother and I went and got pedicures at Foxy nails. We had gone here several…read moretimes before when we lived here and got excellent service. This time not soo much. My mother's toe nails that afternoon got smeared (yes she waited 15 minutes under the uv light) and they didn't use the pumice stone properly/long enough, and still had some cuticles left on her toenails. She calls today after having a busy day yesterday with appointments and both the receptionist and the manager were snotty and rude. They told her she waited too long to have anything done and if she wanted to have them fixed she should have called or came in the same day. As she explained she had appointments and wasn't able the gentlemen cut her off and said well what's the problem as if he hasn't listened to her then asked what do you want me to do about it. She then stated she wanted it redone and he continued to say you waited to long. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

If given the…read morechoice between the guy who did my nails here and 1) my husband after 15 Jagerbombs, 2) my 2-year old niece when she's missed a nap, or 3) my 6-year old nephew while he's holding two light sabers, the guy who did my nails would come in 10th place (yes, I realize I only gave 3 other options). Terrible. He did not completely buff my feet, so they are still rough. And he gave me the mani while I was sitting in the pedi, so I had to twist my right arm to reach him. He didn't talk at all. He was gruff and ripped my cuticles off so harshly that three of my fingers drew blood. The filing on every single nail is crooked - horribly crooked. I cannot even believe this place is in business. Oh, and did I mention that every one of my fingers has the same polish as my nails on it, he didn't even bother to clean up his sloppy painting. I love to pamper myself, but this made me so angry, and then to pay $47 dollars for it (they charge you $1 to use a credit card - but I'm not letting them get this tax-free), I left a 10% tip, which I never do. I should have left nothing. Very poor salon. Spend a few extra bucks and go to Escape Day Spa.
