I have been buying cedar post from j-6 for at least 3 years, I have never ran into a problem with them like "they were mean" spirited people". I have gotten cedar from these guys several times, and each time they did exactly what they said…read morethey would do. They're prices are competitive, they are very friendly and helpful. They are just as professional if I bought one post or several. They know their product, and they do an excellent job when you need the post cleaned (stripped of the bark). I enjoy doing business with this company because they are reliable, competitive, and accessible. All qualities that allow me to provide the same for MY customers.

I very rarely have issues getting along with people, or problems when buying from "mom & pop" shops…read morelike Riddle's, but there are always those exceptions. I stopped in here, and whoever the man behind the counter was, was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to sell me their stated minimum order of fertilizer, claiming that it wasn't worth him starting their tractor/loader/whatever for, and that even if it was "worth it", evidently I don't have the right kind of trailer, although they don't have any rules or posted minimums anywhere, I guess they just make it up as they go. He was openly condescending and down talking to me, told me to go to tractor supply instead (lol) and was in general just as belligerent and rude as possible given the nature of the transaction. Anyway, I called probably ten other semi-local fertilizer places, literally all of which were friendlier and more helpful than this one, so I'll just buy from one of those. I hope that whoever that was here, was just having a bad day, it happens to everyone. Also, as a side note, this place looks like a dump. I don't expect much especially given the nature of the business, but this place looks ROUGH if that matters to you. The building and everything there is dingy, battered, etc and theres literally a pile of scrap metal in front of their business. I've been to actual scrap yards that look cleaner and straighter than this store. Not that I'd expect this matters to anyone buying fertilizer, but if it does, go elsewhere. I'd driven past this place before and was very disappointed with my experience there, today.

The entire building is spotlessly clean well laid out and very comfortable. There's a huge selection of glasses and it looks to me like they make them on site . what I really love is this is a family run business and NOT a huge corporate conglomerate who could care less about you as a patient or customer but just in your pocketbook. My Service here was really epic and i will be a lifetime customer.
