While I didn't find what I was looking for Jazmin, turned a browse into a regular customer‼ I will be back to this particular store to shop because of Jazmin, who ended up blessing me immediately pointing out some shoes that I didn't even know I wanted & in my favorite color‼ She is a consummate professional who anticipates the needs of others and will wow you at every turn‼ Also, this store has amazing values for your money‼ You won't be disappointed but, you might be pleasantly surprised at what you find. I highly recommend you shop here‼ Thx Coach for employing such an awesome staff member‼

The stores are preparing for Easter and the Spring season so there are many pretty pastels to choose from. Many of you know that my favorite color is pink. But I also enjoy a milky banana or sunshine yellow. There was plenty. I only shopped at a few stores today as hubby was working so it was easy for me to be in and out. He takes a little more time with his selections than I do. There is a really nice coffee shop that opened up in the place of Starbucks. Right next door is a macaroon shop. You can always buy mangoes, ice cream and churros. Grabbed a few items for upcoming birthday surprises and headed on my way.

It's been over a decade since I've been to this mall so I was very excited to return. Thankfully, the parking garage was right next to the mall, so it was a short walk to the entrance. The outdoor mall was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful. We browsed in and out of a few different stores and everyone was very nice and attentive. The one store that caught our attention was Laderach, which was a Swiss chocolate store. We were able to sample truffles and chocolate bars and it was probably the best tasting chocolate we've ever had. We also stopped in to Coach and I ended up buying my daughter a cute, Coach bag. With stores like Zara, Fabletics, Alo, Louis Vuitton and Nordstrom, you truly get a great, shopping experience at this mall; there's something here for everyone. There's also ample seating as well. If you're in the Chicagoland area, this is definitely the mall to visit. You will not be disappointed!

Upon entering the store at approximately 4:45 PM on Monday, October 12, 2026, my friend and I noticed two white sales associates, one with blonde hair and the other with dark hair. Neither acknowledged our presence, greeted us, or offered any assistance. Instead, they simply stared at us without saying a word. Approximately a minute later, a white woman entered the store. The dark-haired sales associate walked directly past my friend, said "excuse me," and immediately approached the white woman, greeting her with a friendly "Hi, how can I help you?" before proceeding to assist her. As a Black woman, I found this behavior deeply offensive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. My friend and I were not even given the basic courtesy of a greeting, yet a white customer who entered after us was immediately welcomed and offered assistance. The blatant difference in treatment was impossible to ignore. After witnessing this interaction, I was so disgusted that I chose to leave the store. No customer should ever have to question whether the color of their skin determines the level of respect, acknowledgment, or customer service they receive. What I witnessed raised serious concerns about racial bias and discrimination. I sincerely hope store management and corporate leadership take this complaint seriously and address the conduct of these employees. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. There is absolutely no excuse for selective customer service that makes customers feel unwelcome or discriminated against because of their race.

Will malls as we know them be around another 5 yrs. or more?…read more Who knows, but Woodfield is still the 10th largest mall in the entire U.S. by size for those keeping count. And for a top 10 mall, just about every type of store and dining option awaits you upon entry. The HVAC ventilation system didn't seem to be working optimally this weekday. Restrooms were well-attended to. Plenty of free, available parking. Top-notch people watching spot. 2nd-tier must see stop for travelers visiting the Chicago metro area for the 1st time.

Woodfield Mall is the biggest in Illinois and it certainly isn't a surprise. A crap tons of stores are here. There's also a food court and restaurants. Certainly it has a lot of history. It's the main thing interesting about this suburb. There's a bunch of other businesses and restaurants that have come in around it and it's still got quality stuff after all of these years. As for the mall itself there's plenty to look at. The location is located close to major highways and there's bus routes. Has a lot of impact on the local economy. It opened in 1971 by the Taubman Company and is now owned by Simon. Has a few main anchors. There's currently JC Penney, Macy's, Nordstrom, and Primark. Has a couple of floors. On the first floor is Ben And Jerry's, Crocs, Express, Hollister, Starbucks, and TCBY. On the top floor is Anthropologie, Auntie Anne's, Eddie Bauer, LEGO Store, Uncle Julio's, and Zumiez among other things. A lot of course has changed. There used to be a Rainforest Cafe and of course there used to be Sears. Got to check it out even though it's not like it used to be. It's located along Golf Road. There's a few times it may be sketchy but people usually aren't violent or whatever.
