The premises are well maintained and beautiful. The owner, Barbara, is welcoming and full of helpful advice regarding the area. The glen itself is breathtaking and serendipitous, you won't hear anything except for the sheep, the birds and the odd car. The rooms are well furnished, the bed was comfortable and cozy, the showers are sparkling clean and packed with soaps, shampoos and lotions, and the water pressure is amazing, something not to be taken for granted in B&Bs.
The full Scottish breakfast is, indeed, quite full. You get free-range eggs from the local hens, sausages and black pudding from the local butcher, jams, juices, fruit, yoghurt - everything you could think of.
All in all, a great place to stay for a night or a few. read more
