They confirmed the piping was no longer blocked by filling the sink up and opening the drain...great to see that water finally swirling down the drain. These guys are the real deal, I highly recommended them!

Let me tell you, I was utterly wowed the very first day when Rick and his son, Alec, came to give an estimate. At that point, the water was not turned on due to missing valves on the faucet pipes. Rick was kind enough to put the valves on for me so I could have water (and toilets!) for the week until he could come to do the entire job, which was so incredible. All you have to do is watch Rick and Alec for 5 minutes or less before you realize you are in the presence of greatness. I do not say that lightly. Rick is clearly at the top of his field and absolutely knows what he's doing. Alec is very blessed to be learning from his dad and it's clear he's picking it up very well. I am so incredibly impressed, I honestly cannot rave enough. I've worked with many contractors and wannabe contractors over the past several months, please allow me to confirm this is the most professional, knowledgeable, and incredible team in Horry County. I wanted to add one more thing: there was a scheduling delay due to a legitimate emergency on their part. I really needed faucets and Rick went so far above and beyond to help me, I am truly forever grateful. He worked so hard to ensure I had faucets when needed - Rick is the very definition of integrity. I will keep Integrity Plumbing on my speed dial as there is no other plumber for me. Thank you, gentlemen.
