It has now been five months and I have heard nothing about when they return my new washer, rather than leaving me with their loaner. I went to the store in person to ask, but she was "sick." Waited for another 5 days, still no phone calls. Called again, she is "on another line" or "gone for the day" whenever I call. Like the other reviewers, I find this pathetic customer service to unacceptable.

Took my car in for an oil change. When it was dropped off we weren't having any issues with the…read morebattery. When I went to pick it up, the battery was dead. I went in and was admittedly frustrated that I was on my lunch break from work and had limited time. They did jump start the car, but the next day it was dead again. We called today, were told that if they did anything wrong, they would lie anyway, and they wouldn't help because I "wasn't very pleasant" when I came to pick up the car. So, to recap, the battery was fine when left in their possession, wasn't when I went to pick it up, they refused to take responsibility, and said they would lie anyway if they did so something wrong. We have also had other instances where we've requested work be done and they never did or did it poorly. Never take your business here. They do less than stellar work and admitted to us that they would not be honest even if they made a mistake.

No sweat, I'll come back next weekend. (I live in Sioux City 2 hours away) so I make an appointment show up early. Leave my truck to have the lights installed. Come back an hour later. The guy tries to convince me that they don't make after market low beams for my 2020 Silverado. And the "other guy" screwed it up. A simple google search would prove no one there knew what they were talking about.

I had recently returned from a road trip out west and had a massive amount of bugs on my car that I…read morewanted to get off. I picked the only manual bay not blocked off so I could spend some extra time on the front end. First, I took my $10 bill to get quarters. It only takes $1s and $5s. I go back to the bay and notice a card reader. Great. I'll use that... nope it's broken as well. I found a $5 bill in my purse and used that along with another dollar in quarters I found in my car, and rushed to get most of the bug guts off. If I could have gotten $10 in quarters, I'm sure I would have used it all, but I had to settle for a $6 wash instead. I'll have to find a different car wash in town because this one is not good.
