We signed him up and showed up for the 9:30 am Saturday class. At 9:03 we were greeted by Gris, I believe she said her name was. After she looked for his reservation for several minutes she said he wasn't signed up, this is after we showed her the receipt email and confirmation, and that he wasn't there 30 minutes before so he couldn't do the class. So at 9:07 after she took several minutes not finding his reservation and she said there was plenty of room in the class he could not do the class or the next one for the Day. Is that how you get new members? Is that how you treat customers? Unbelievably disappointed. He will not be joining. I called to ask the girl at the front desk to have her manager call me. Instead of apologizing she argued with me. I really hope I get a call back. I hate that this happened because I really enjoyed coming here when I visited home and the trainers were great.
