A stockroom area has various art materials (drawing pencils, paints, easels, papers, books, equipment, etc.) available for purchase at minimal cost. They also give out scholarships, hold periodic exhibits and workshops, and the monthly general meetings are always a great opportunity to meet and interact with both seasoned artists as well as those who are just beginning to discover the delights and challenges of art in its various forms and media.
