I don't understand why stylists will show you how much they are going to cut from the length, have the client approve, then proceed to cut inches more.. The layers needed to be blended, instead of cutting more from the length. They were very busy, but letting a client leave looking like this is unacceptable. I've gone back to have him fix the layering in the past, but I can't get past him blowing off my concerns while I was sitting in his chair.
