When I mentioned it to the owner she told me that many customers complain about her but because she's a senior, I should understand. When I was leaving I truthfully just forgot to tip her, honestly I always tip no matter what. All of the staff stopped me before I could leave to ask where her tip was!!! Which in my option is a little nervy.I promise even though she was very rude it was just an oversight. They know I always tip! They actually made a scene of it. One of the owners is constantly screaming across the room while you're trying to have a relaxing service. Taking phone calls while doing your nails and stops working on you to talk or write down appointments. Hours later, I received a phone call saying I still owed them $30 because they "forgot" to charge me for my daughter's pedicure. Billing errors happen, but calling a customer hours later to correct their own mistake felt very unprofessional. It left a bad impression, and because of the way the situation was handled, I won't be returning. There are too many nail salons in the area with better customer service for me to come back here.

My previous powdered gel manicure was looking tacky, I was way overdue for a manicure. I also needed a pedicure, ASAP. I called to make sure they were open, as today is a holiday (10/09-2023). A very pleasant man answered and asked what service(s) I needed and told me I could come right over. I arrived about 10:30 to a very spacious and super clean salon. Benny greeted me warmly and got right to work. I was pleased that he soaked off the gel instead of filing it off. This is so much better for the health of the nails. Benny was extremely gentle yet thorough with my pedicure. The foot massage was heavenly! I decided to get a regular manicure to give my nails a break. This meant sitting under the dryer to set my nail polish. Remember we used to do that religiously before the gels came along? And of course, one nail was smeared while going into my pocketbook to get my wallet. Benny promptly fixed it for me and was really pleasant about it! I am very happy with how my nails came out and the quality of the service I received. This will be my go to salon when I'm in the Suffolk County area! I look forward to returning.

From the beginning everything was being extremely rushed. The person finished in less than 15 mins. There was a man who was mopping the floor and standing at the door waiting to leave. As I'm sitting to dry my toes the lady at the register asks me to pay now so that she can "close the machine" now it's 6:20pm. So I asked her "what time do you close?" Because now I know they're trying to get me out. The man says 7pm. "My daughter has a fever so we want to leave early" and the child was sleeping on the chair up front. so then why did they agree to take me in when they could've easily told me they were closing early. I would've understood 100% but instead they took me in and rushed and made me feel so uncomfortable. I would not come back.

We returned today purely for convenience since we were already at the shopping center and didn't have time to go elsewhere, especially with my daughter's musical tomorrow. The total came to $50, which felt a bit high, though we accepted it because she chose to add a 10-minute foot massage. However, the service itself was also lacking. My daughter typically receives three coats of clear polish (two base coats, the white tip, and a final top coat), but today she only received two clear coats, which likely contributed to the poor durability. At checkout, I paid by credit card and was charged a $2 merchant fee. I also left a $5 tip on the card since I didn't have cash. The staff member processing the payment pointed out that they "expect" at least an 18% tip and indicated an amount closer to $10 on the receipt. I want to be clear, I'm not against tipping. I regularly tip, and I'm happy to tip generously when the service is exceptional. However, tipping should remain voluntary, not pressured or expected. If a certain percentage is required, it should simply be built into the pricing to avoid uncomfortable situations. This was our third and last visit to Pacfe. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would return to or recommend.

The pedicure I choose includes a foot scrub with callus removal for any rough spots I might have, hot stone rub with essential oils, followed by a 10 minute foot rub. My feet always feel like a baby's bottom after. My gel manicure or full set always turns out great, last for weeks, and after or during your manicure they give you a back massage as well! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only have a few employees(3) as far as i know, but yet so many clients. So wait time can feel like forever. Also it's easy to miss, and if you do miss it, it's a bit of hassle to drive back because you can't make a u-turn, you'd have to drive all the way around then bust a u-turn.
