This school is an absolute mess! my son was taken out and placed…read moreon line to finish school, because the administration is a joke and the bullies are relentless. when you have a child that is physically reacting to having to go to school each day by throwing up, and you have taken them to the Dr, put them on anxiety meds, and helped them ever way you can, there is a problem. when you have the so called head of the special needs of the IEP department tell you on the phone, ( even though you covered all your bases) in front on your child, a threatening situation, there is a problem. Esp when the school lies to your from day one and about the transportation issues they are putting into play but the absence that your student will get won't count against them. so many things went wrong and continue to go wrong in this school, and not only with my son, with people I know that work there as well. I feel for the current and up and coming children that will continue to go there.

Without more adults present, but the county gets away with it. Nurse was unprofessional talking to me because I was not there to speak to her I was there to speak with an administrator, I tried speaking to her yesterday and she hung up on me. Mr. Miller was on the phone with me and kept telling me "okay I'll talk to her" several times as if wanting me to be quiet. The office manager was the only one who seemed to care about the situation at hand, asking how she was and asking us to let them know about progress on Mariela's injury. No one else seemed to care, not Mr Miller, or the nurse, they honestly seemed mad about my presence at the school.

The staff is very hands on and has great communication with the parents. The staff truly cares about every single student. Please note that this school is strictly for special needs learning disabled, without behavioral issues. The progress our child has made is an answer to our prayers.
