The house was unfit to live in. It was infested top to bottom with spiders, egg sacs, dead bugs, giant house centipedes crawling all over the walls, inside the floor boards etc. There was active mold and a musty smell. We were told it was cleaned prior and move in ready. The story changed the more questions we asked. According to neighbors the house had been abandoned for over a year. The property manager, Ashley Marines, a supposed Al developer, said she had never even been to the property herself. We drove straight back to the office just to be met with more lies and false hope. We were told a cleaning crew would be sent over the next morning. We checked back into the hotel. The next morning came and the "cleaning crew" was a one man crew who was not a professional, was there to do a quick dust and sweep. The infestation and mold still remained and nothing changed. Mind you, we paid them almost a year up front. My family and I have lived in the hotel since and have been met with nothing but heartache and suffering from this town because our house was "move in ready". We traveled over 1800 miles so our senior dog could have a home to rest in til his final days. Instead we had to come back to a hotel room to find that our beloved dog, our family member, passed away ALONE in a fkn hotel room! ALONE! I blame Matik Management for all our pain and suffering we've endured. I blame them for my hate for this town. I hope karma catches up to them and their business and they cease to exist. Brandon got back to us within two days with our quote. Aaron came out to install 2 of the doors, he called first to let us know he was on his way. Aaron was very good at his job and knew what he was doing. Aaron even stayed later to help us program our car home link feature and the keyless pad for the outside of one of our garage doors. Aaron did a great job and cleaned up really well when he was finished. Nathan came out to install the 3rd garage door, he called us to let us know he was on his way. None of the installers were in a hurry and answered all of our questions. You can tell this is a family run business that puts their customers first.
