I walked in and was happily greeted by a gentleman at the counter, and he pointed to two signs on the wall and asked me which one I wanted. It was a 60 minute combo, or a 90 minute combo. I went with the 60 minute. I was immediately Taken to a room that had two tables in it, and I waited a moment and he brought in a big bucket of water for me to put my feet in. As my feet soaked, the gentleman came in and gave me an incredible scalp, shoulder and neck massage. He also pressed on some trigger point to my face, and I will say it felt amazing! Then he moved to my feet and gave me an outstanding foot and calf massage. I don't think that he was actually hitting the trigger points, but I don't really care, it felt amazing! After he massaged my feet, he did some work on my upper thigh area and then had me roll over to my face, and he worked on my back, shoulders, glutes, calves, and a little bit more on my feet. I won't say it was super relaxing, but it definitely felt so good and at some point it was painful, but it was a good kind of painful. I left feeling like I need to cancel my membership at my regular massage place and just come here instead! I removed one star because there was no conversation whatsoever between me and the gentleman who did my services, I would have preferred to be able to talk a little bit about what I wanted and a little bit about how everything works, but it's not something that will stop me from going back again.

The therapist used the bare minimum amount of oil, which caused my skin to be pulled on my arms, neck, and legs--it was a terrible experience. She repeated the same strokes over and over to the point where the bottoms of my feet felt like they were burning. They also use latex gloves, which I'm allergic to, and she barely applied any oil to my feet. I spent most of the session counting down until it was over. When she rolled me over to work on my upper and lower back, all she did was repeatedly roll along my spine. I've been here many times and know what a good experience should be, but this was awful. Over the past year, the quality of the staff has clearly declined--either they've lost skilled workers or someone has gotten lazy. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.
