I scheduled an appointment today to have my house cleaned at 9AM. The cleaning ladies pulled up and parked in my guest parking at 8:58am. They didn't get out of their car so I assumed since they were 2 mins early I wasn't going to walk out there to give them a guest parking pass until they knocked on the door at 9am. 9am came around and they were still sitting in their car and started eating their breakfast. Why are you eating your breakfast when you have an appointment at 9am? Shouldn't you eat breakfast before an appointment? I waited for a few mins contemplating if I should go outside and give them the guest parking pass and ask them how long they will be until they finish their breakfast. The time now is 9:08am so I decided to call. I don't know who I spoke to but I spoke to a gentlemen and asked if my appointment was still for 9am. He said he was going to check and call me back. I can see out the window that the cleaning ladies looked at their phone but didn't answer because their hands were full of food. So he called me back after a couple mins and said the girls will be there in 5 mins. I said how do you know if they are going to be there in 5 mins when they didn't answer your call? And why would it take them 5 mins when they are sitting outside of my house for the last 20 mins? He then proceeded to have an attitude and said "do you want them to clean or not"?! I said why are you upset with me when my appointment is at 9:00am and why do I need to keep waiting?! You're very unprofessional!" He then hung up on me!!! Disgusting!!!
