No background check, no one around to show me the establishment, nothing. None of the staff were wearing masks, which I don't really care about but I do in the context of having to take care of 1-4 year olds who don't have a developed immune system yet. I basically worked for them for free for a day, and didn't even talk to the manager Carol until the end of my "interview process". She gave me an application to fill out, said she would get back to me in a week and that's the last I heard from her. A lot of the staff would resort to screaming at the kids if they were crying etc. kind of just an overall dingy poorly run establishment. If I had kids I would refuse to send them here, but I'm sure they'd have an okay time regardless. Lots of playtime and such.

She seemed to always be able to talk about the '60s and smokin' it up. Ownership had been notified on many occasions without any results. If there are children with special needs they do not have qualified or licensed staff in which to handle them. All that can be said is if you want to enroll your child then by all means do so, however, do not complain when the statements above shine through to your eyes. Finding an alternative is in your child's best interest. This is coming from parents who had children enrolled there and are happy they no longer are. Buyer beware.

This school is the most amazing, creative school with seriously the most caring, down to earth, dedicated, passionate, talented and kind teachers/staff that make it the best school/community there is for Early Learning and VPK in Ft. Myers...hands down! It's not "just a school", it's a unique community and you'll feel like you're part of a family. Everyone there-staff, teachers, and the parents are so kind and sweet, and everyone goes out of their way to make the school just keep getting better and updated by hosting fun events with the kids to raise money, or to have a charity event. Everyone helps each other out however they can. I feel so blessed My son got to go there and I am lucky enough to have seen him start at 3 years old and grow into the kind sweet boy he is today with the help of so many amazing woman there-it takes a village to raise a child. I never once worried about him, and that in and of itself says it all. Also to have been able to go to some of the most creative, beautiful and fun events I've ever been to! Kuddos to everyone at Bright Beginnings Early School and especially to the director of the school Samantha and also Mary for doing all the dirty work behind the scenes and making it look so easy... and for always having a smile on their face every morning and greeting the kids by name as they walk in to make them feel special You can see the love you have for the students and passion for the school. And let's not forget to mention, all of the wonderful teachers who show up every single day and not only teach our kids but go above and beyond! They've shown/taught our children compassion, kindness, what it means to be a good friend, how to behave/treat their classmates and adults , and most importantly about God and Jesus, and what it is to be a good human being in this crazy world...because that is one of the most important things to learn. I highly recommend sending your child or children to this school, as I promise you, you will be more than just satisfied and your child will absolutely love it there..they will learn so much, and in a creative way. There is always something fun going on whether it's the everyday stuff such as the playground, splash pad, play time while also learning things without even realizing it! And then there's always something such as special crafts, events for the parents to get to know each other, Dad's night out, Mom's night out, celebrations during holidays, concerts, charity events, etc. I could go on forever! You will also be amazed at how much they will learn, learn, because their level and expectations of teaching is very high and they do it in a fun way for the kids! But bottom line, if you're looking for an early school for your child this IS THE ONE!

After my experience many other mothers came to me on a Facebook saying that they had bad experiences with this Preschool as well such as; hearing teachers scream at toddlers on the playground, saying cruel things about students, say they were walking the kids from busstop to facility when they really werent. That is just a few. The owner is definately not someone you would EVER want to deal with. DCF has investigated them multiple times, but every time the owner says the cameras are "malfunctioning". Therefore there is no proof. I wouldn't reccomend this daycare to my worst enemy.

Before sending my son to daycare I had so many fears being that I keep up with the news from around the world and the horror stories I hear that goes on at some daycares made me petrified. But being a full time working mom I had no choice but so send my defensive child into the care of people I really didn't know. But after sending my son here for a while, he started to smile immensely when we pull up to all superstars because he knows where we are! That's how I know my sons is safe here! One thing that really made me trust this place with my whole heart is when I went to pick up my son the other day and the teachers had the kids outside and when one of the workers went and picked up my son to hand him to me he just looked into her eyes with the biggest smile on his face and just rested his head on her shoulder. I saw that he felt safe. And that meant the world to me. This is a long review I know lol but if you're a mom who's terrified of sending there little one to daycare, I highly recommend this place when it comes to your child well being and happiness.

BIG mistake, my son was abused by older children and then the blame was placed on him. After informing them that I was going to be removing my child, they let another older child beat him and then suspended my child. If that wasn;t enough, they went as far as to bad mouth him to other child care providers and write the final report that he was thrown out because of violent behavior. The amazing part is how they lie to protect themselves. Too bad for them as I have lawyered up against this child care and hope they get closed. Be aware and trust the negative reviews about this horrible place.

My husband and I popped in to take a tour and get some info for when our three month old daughter will be needing daycare. We could not run out of this place fast enough. We walk in and the very First Lady we see seemed confused when we said we wanted info and to take a tour. She then motioned us through an open door to follow her and said "this door should be closed but I'm the only one here so it isn't." STRIKE ONE. Breaking rules and being alone? Doesn't look good. So we go through this door to the infant room. She walks us in and says "this is it. We shouldn't have shoes on in here but it doesn't matter much you know." STRIKE TWO. Yes, it does. Little ones crawl on this floor. STRIKE THREE was we saw one poor woman in this room with six children all under a year, two of them were screaming crying the others were strapped into seats or walkers. STRIKE FOUR was when the woman giving us what she called a tour said "the teacher tries to do art sometimes but you know...they don't do much" which I took as... they're babies. Why do art because they just lie around. Seriously? We had heard enough. No wonder there isn't a waiting list to get into this place. Thankfully we had visited another daycare about an hour before that and it was COMPLETELY different and opposite from this terrible experience.
