They have a free breakfast provided by a different one of their small groups each Sunday during the summer. Breakfast starts at 9 and service begins at 10. The breakfast was diverse and well balanced, but we suggest arriving closer to 9 if you want access to the full variety. This week, Pastor Foss handed over the mic to a group of young high school men who traveled to Mexico for a week on missionary duty! They told of their experience and the impact they made on the children they visited. The congregation was all so friendly, the worship songs had a more modern style to them, but were still well known songs. Pastor Foss is very friendly and introduced myself and my friend to another church member who is from the Dominican Republic, after hearing of my friend's missionary trip there. I highly recommend this church to anyone in the area, especially families!

But what makes this chruch seem to stand out to us, is the ease in meeting folks that carry forward into the day-to-day life during the week. I run into someone at the store and they stop and talk with me. You truly feel you are a part of a family. There are many young families as well as older couples and singles. It's a great mix. They offer a wonderful Sunday school for kids and there are many interesting programs they offer for adults. They also have a fantastic Montessori Preschool that we discovered while attending the church. We've had two children attend. The teaching approach and topics they cover in a year are interesting and fun...even for adults. All around, we are thankful and blessed to have such a wonderful country church in our community. Give it a try, it won't disappoint.
