The administration is efficient and communicative and the teachers are all so kind and plan impressive curriculum. They have outstanding events throughout the year. My two boys have gone since they were 2 years old and I will definitely cry when my youngest graduates. Speaking of graduation, their preschool graduation is better than most high school graduations I've attended. If there's a waitlist, get on it! Worth the wait.

My daughter just turned two and is singing her ABCs and counting to ten. She has also started potty training, which is being supported by the staff at Scribbletime. She has learned sign language and has developed into a smart, happy little girl. She loves her "school" and is excited at drop off daily. She enjoys their music program surprises me with new nursery rhymes she is learning weekly. All of the staff are friendly and supportive, excellent communication with parents and I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare in the Plainville/North Attleboro area.

Each of the teachers know my son by name, even the ones in the other classrooms who don't interact with him as often. Each classroom has an indescribable homey feel. I have also been very pleased by the variety of activities. The teachers take the kids outside, create age-appropriate art projects, and sing songs. Finally, I really appreciate the level of individualized communication from the teachers. We get an information sheet about his day at pick-up. In addition to what you might expect (times of diaper changes, length of nap, etc.), there is always a rundown of his daily activities. My spouse and I love reading through these in the evening - the teachers clearly pay attention to our son. I love hearing about how great of a day he had and that he was all smiles. We also receive emails over the weekend letting us know of the many events going on. I very much appreciate how he is treated as an individual and how much his teachers clearly care.

When we pick him up we get a daily report sheet of diaper changes, feedings, songs they sang, books they read, and any other activities from the day. We highly recommend Briarwood!

They make accommodations for every child's needs. My daughter has been going here for almost a year and I can't imagine her going anywhere else. They also are truly amazing teachers. Enrolling here was one of the best decisions I've made for my daughter!

They have provided a loving, trustworthy, thoughtful, and educational environment. Staff make it a point to learn about each child and create lasting relationships. It truly feels like "the neighborhood daycare/early childhood center" that so many caregivers wish for and for that, I have so much gratitude. As a parent, the last I want is to worry about my child when I drop them off. Never have I been worried about leaving my child there. Regarding the building, it's clean, safe with a security door, and a fenced play yard away from the busy street. they follow the public school curriculum. The teachers are wonderful. Child's Play is such a special community because of the parental involvement. It's so comforting for me to know that my daughter has both incredible teachers and fellow parents in the classroom to support her when I am not there. I cannot stress enough how truly dedicated and experienced our teachers are at Child's Play. My child requires some additional support. Between offering additional resources for her in the classroom to attending IEP meetings on their own time, the teachers at Child's Play have played a vital role in our daughter's growth and development. A maximum of 5:1 child:adult ratio has allowed her teachers to take the extra time with her when she's needed it. We could never say enough good about East Side Nursery School. Their approach to children's…read moresocial-emotional development is as close to perfect as any will ever be. They show deep understanding of their students' individual needs and consistently treat them all with immense care and compassion. My children adore all three of their teachers. While the warm, caring environment is where ESNS shines in our eyes, the way they teach students is also remarkable. Many schools learn through play on paper, many learn to play in action as well, and do a great job of "tricking" kids into learning. Somehow though, ESNS tricks me, too. I rarely see the academics happening and suddenly my child comes home and knows how to write his name and his brother is telling me which two words rhyme. Their learning through authentic play, wholesome approach to teaching critical social-emotional skills, and opportunity for students to build advocacy and have choice are among the many reasons East Side Nursery School has been so fantastic for our family.
