Please READ!!! They imbed things in their documents, and tell you what they want to get you to sign. Very shady! At first, this seemed like a great place for daughter to go for ballet. They said that everything was included in the monthly cost. They send you this massive amount of paperwork and tell you it is just going over what they tell you in the phone.... So you sign. I have never had issues with these companies lying until now.
Then I get an extra charge on my cc. When asked, they Said it was a registration fee...that I "signed" for. They charge an astronomical amount to attend a performance event where only their prized pupils are really showcased and my daughter was in a laughable performance that was hardly visible. They told us that she would be in a class doing ballet. Most of their work was not, and when we asked for more ballet oriented stuff we were dismissed. (We said at the beginning that was what she wanted).
After multiple attempts by myself and my daughter, we decided to cancel attending there. We were then told that we had to pay whether we were attending or not. Because we "signed" for it. They also have a clause they don't tell you about but imbed in the massive amount of paperwork and the website they tell you to use. It charges you if you don't volunteer for their program.
We were forced to pay for multiple months of a membership when my daughter wasn't attending. They are great when they are collecting their money, and for those families that have their kids in multiple classes. Also for the more "elite".
