I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and customer service. I over compare/research purchases to the point of near insanity. We needed a new chicken coop. I looked at kits from stores (pathetic quality and not inexpensive) and even got a quote to have one built (good quality but incredibly expensive). My wife urged me to stop and look at the Spring Valley Sheds displayed in a lot just north of Chariton (there are several in the area). Honestly, I was blown away by the quality of the construction and attention to detail. The price was completely reasonable for what you get. I decided to order one on the spot. They have a lot of options for colors, materials and "extras" (door styles, insulation, window types). I ordered the exact one I wanted. I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to build and deliver, which was shorter than expected. I admit I was a little nervous that it wouldn't be as high quality as the models and that it would take longer than quoted. 3 weeks later I got the call that it was ready. We called them back and delivery was set for the next day. The cool arrived on a trailer and it was unloaded and mini-forklifted into the exact spot in minutes. The coop was perfect and just as ordered. Delivery was friendly and easy. I couldn't be happier and would HIGHLY recommend Spring Valley Sheds to anyone looking for a durable, quality shed/coop/building.
