Great building. Designing it with the sales rep was fantastic. He helped me customize the end product. We put in a simple loft which increases the storage space. Added windows so my grandson thinks it is his playhouse. For the cost of the wood, we added 8 custom shelves sized to fit our storage boxes. This keeps more of the floor space open. We figured where I could store my two bikes. We put in a workbench just inside the door so that it's easy to work on a project or just leave something inside the shed when you're in a hurry. We added a central light and two plugs just where they are needed. I bought the steel ramp to make it easy to wheel in the bikes and am grateful I did. When they delivered the shed, they worked with me to make sure it was set directly onto the prepared area. I am not sure how they did it, but they put it down perfectly. Several neighbors now are thinking to get one. One wants to buy mine and I am thinking to sell mine to them so I can get a larger one. We just keep finding more uses for ours. We were looking for a shed to use as a playhouse for our grandchildren. I loved the fact that Spring Valley Sheds had so many to look at! We were there for almost 3 hours to find just the right one! We went on a Monday to look at them, and after we purchased the one we wanted, we asked if it could be delivered on Friday. They were very busy and couldn't promise us, but it turned out they actually delivered it on Thursday! The shed is very well built and I love the flower boxes under the front windows. Since we purchased it in April, we have been putting on sheet rock, painting and new flooring. The grandkids love it and we will also use it as another outdoor space to enjoy! Highly recommend! My husband and I custom ordered our shed through a local rep. We were advised the turn around time was 4-6 weeks and we received it right around week 4/5. Communication was great throughout the process. Delivery and placement went great. The delivery driver placed the shed exactly where we wanted it, and made sure the shed was level on the pad before he left. The shed was large, and the machine he used to maneuver did the job with ease! I asked the delivery gentleman about the paint colors as I was pre planning matching the paint colors of the shed to the house when we paint, and he called the office to mention it to them as well. i did not expect that, but greatly appreciate it!
