This is to notify you, that to date you have failed to complete any work on site in a substantial workmanlike manner. This is all documented with pictures, videos, and voice recordings. Last night, April 3rd with tornado warnings til 8pm and with high winds we reached out to you via text and followed up by a one on one phone call that the ridge cap you removed and then reinstalled on March 22 had blown completely open.  We also explained new roof panels were being buffetted and needed securing.  You agreed to come out and then never showed up.  Dave called at least 2 more times and left voicemails.  I sent additional text requesting your arrival time and included vidoe to support how serious the situation was.  I also tried calling.  You ignored all our attempts to reach you. Today, April 4th we once again made numerous attempts to reach you.  It is only when I call from a unfamiliar cell that you chose to answer.  I said hello Bob this is Brenda Meyer and you hung up on me. This email is to notify you that you have violated our contractual agreement. Your failure to secure the roof has resulted in additional damages to our property.  It was negligent of you to do so and negligent of you not to respond on site last night. We can not move forward with a company and individual who puts our home, dwelling, and our expensive Airstream at risk like you did last night.  We also refuse to move forward with a company and individual such as yourself who avoids communications with their client.  The quality of your work was poor at best. I had requested your material bills today so that I could rationalize how much of the 4200 downpayment you need to return.  Since you refuse to comminicate I have now filed a complaint with the BBB for the full amount. Dave and I have spent too many hours of our own personal time following after poorly installed materials.  As homeowners we had to climb on the metal roof and fix the ridge cap you failed to secure.  We did not sign up for these kinds of games. It seems very unlikely Bob that you have the metal roofing experience you told me you had when I was looking for a roofer. Please remove all my home images from your Bob King Facebook account.  We did not grant you permission to use images of our private home on a public social media site. You have left a ladder here.  Please contact us via email for a time to retieve that. Please return the 4200 downpayment you received. Promax worked on my one side of fence and trim work on garage and a bay window exterior. The…read morebusiness owner was quick to respond to my call for quotes. He provided the itemized quote for labor and material among others. He agreed on the requested trim job as well. I inquired who is going to buy material and if its of good quality. Overall, material was included in quote, he showed shared picture of fence options. Quote was invoiced and paid half in advance to work. One Saturday morning, we heard the noises and came to know that his crew is already here to do the job on fence. As I had other engagement on that morning, I was mostly out till the end. Came to know that my sprinkler line is cut during the work, no inquiry about ground situation before beginning of the job . No big deal, I informed the business owner and asked him to keep going. He did fix the line later, I didn't get it checked yet....... The one side of my fence was not leveled by their crew as the corner is little sloppy; although my original wooden fence was leveled to ground. Again no issue, I can live with it. My issue is the really cheap quality of aluminum panels (very light) used in the fence (overall 49 feet linear length), although I inquired in the beginning and paid for at least good quality material (for around $65-70 you can get around 12-15 lb heavy 5-6 feet aluminum and other location during . Not only this, upon requesting him to share the fence material quote for making sure what quality and manufactures of material he used

I am uploading a video to show you the quality of work that was done. He will not accept our calls, and ran off with our $2500. I'd rate this company at zero if I could.

CWC roofing is doing the roofing of my condominium complex and after hearing the on and off of the compressor and the nail after nail of the nail gun I looked outside and they had been using my outdoor outlet using MY ENERGY to power their compressor-using my money to help maximize the profit of their bid. I called the owner Shane and he laughed at me said he would send someone over and hung up. This company is pathetic and the ownership sounds, acts like, and runs a business like a spoiled 12 year old who was given daddy's business that he has no idea how to run. I gave Shane a chance to do the right thing and he laughed it off.
