Did not pick up for three weeks. I called and was told the first weeks was due to weather, the other two weeks was because the can was too heavy. I asked for a credit and the lady was rude with me about why the can was too heavy so I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor, Rhonda Harris, told me that the driver was there and accused me of putting remodel waste in the can. I said I haven't been doing any remodel to which she said she was looking back in the history. I told her I had only had the account for a few months. Rhonda Harris said she was only willing to give me one week credit. I asked for the owners contact which she refused and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. read more

Still using this company only because they have the best price. They do not pick up bagged leaves - only what fits in trash can.

So I started my service 2/18 and was told to put my can out late in the evening for pick up on Wednesday (the next day). Today is the next day and no pick up at all. I called GPS because my trash has not been picked up and spoke with a lady (very sweet) but was told pickups could have been made overnight and I could leave my can out or it may be Friday. I explained there are raccoons and possums in the area and I can't just leave it out waiting for an unknown pick up day and time. Now I have to pull my trash back with no definitive information as to when it will actually be picked up. she said the supervisor was out and he would not be back in until the next day. I asked if the was a MOD she said no there isn't one. Give the correct date of pick ups. read more

Ronda who works at Gps garbage in Tyler texas is very rude. Her costumer service skills need to be improved drastically. One star will have to do because you are not allowed to leave a zero star rating. When we first signed up with GPS garbage in Tyler Texas they did not pick up our trash for the first three weeks and they're excuse was that our trash was not outside. Why would we sign up with them knowing we have trash that needs to be picked up and not set it outside. This past Sunday April 10,2022 our trash was sitting outside at the end of the drive way since 9pm. They pick up trash here around 12-1am Mondays. We are always prepared for trash day. Today is Wednesday April 13, 2022 and it's still hasn't been picked up. I called this morning and spoke with ronda and she told me that her supervisor personally drove out to pick up our trash and he claimed that the trash was not out. This cannot be a coincidence. Four times already they have missed our trash since we have signed up with them. That's a whole month we have paid them for free. Anyway she was 1000% sure that I never put my trash out Sunday night. And basically called me a liar. Claiming that her supervisor is telling the truth and I'm lying. We are ending our services with them today. And requesting a refund for our past trash that has not been picked up. I'm sure we will not receive that refund but it's worth a try. Don't waste your money find another place to go to. there was a storm last night as well. Which makes it even worse that our trash is on the ground now. read more

So I had an account with GPS for awhile know, I had called because they didn't pick up my trash but they they got my money and when I spoke to the owners wife she told me that it was because I was late on my payment and I explained to her that the way my husband got paid we had to pay our bills that way so I told her I would be looking for another trash pick up company. So when I called because again no trash pick up I was told that my account was cancelled, and with out my permission. I am VERY pleased with service we are receiving. We swapped from another company during the month of March to GPS as the company we were with got to where they were not very concerned when or if they were going to show up to pickup either ours or the all of the neighbors trash. It was really getting ridiculous. I saw GPS cans while driving around my area so gave them a call. Nothing but good information, Great help, and reassurance of quality service they were going to provide. Signed up to give them a try and have not regretted one moment of that decision. We as well as all of our neighbors were with the other company for approximately 18 years and now we have all switched service to GPS and hopefully it will be as long or longer trash pickup service of this neighborhood. We've used this company for years and have never had any issues until recently. Along with my home, I have several rental properties and the service on all of them is terrible. Either they're not picking it up at all, even though it's been put out the night before, or they're not completely emptying the trash can. They do not answer their phone and do not return messages. We ended up using the contact form on their website only to receive an extremely rude response and no attempt to resolve the issue. She went as far to say, customer service is a high priority, however, you're not our only customer so good luck with another company and I hope you get perfect service from them.
