He told me he was in the neighborhood and could swing by in a few minutes. He arrived in a small pickup with an asphalt sealant barrel in the back and mentioned he would be doing the work, not the owner Vinny as I had requested. He said he could do it at that moment. Now, I spent weeks researching reviews and looking at past projects to ensure I am hiring someone that will do a good job. I have had crappy sealant done in the past that was not applied correctly. I informed Donnie that I only wanted Vinny the owner, to do the work. I did not want it done that day, though rather a day when rain was not in the forecast. I called the owner after he left and set up a date for 1 1/2 weeks later for him to come by and do the work. I told him that I didn't want the job subbed out.
