We as most people looked at many contractors and received no less than 12 quotes. When Ivan arrived you knew very quickly that he was very knowledgeable and also provide some design ideas that we have not even thought of. I was very nervous waiting for the quote but was amazed that it came in at one of the lowest priced. The wife and I decided on Ivan and he showed up with his crew and did a fantastic job and also made adjustments for the front stoop to have a lower height step then original due to having and taking care of my elderly mother-in-law. It is now 2025 and the wife and I are looking to redo a 2-level deck in pavers in the back yard and around the pool. I stated to the wife that if we are investing in a home improvement of this scale, that I want to use someone who we know does excellent work (IVAN). I reached out to him and he came and provided an estimate and also the name of a pool guy who we are now waiting for an estimate from so we can enjoy and great deck and great pool.
