I'm upset to say the least, My wife and I called Clinton County Rural Health - Breese at 11:30 AM…read moreto confirm hours, my wife was on the HWY 64 returning from Indiana, I called CCRH and added my wife to the call so she could talk with them, I stayed on the line. In doing so the lady explained where to go as the building had changed and that they would be open to 2PM. So my wife with a fever and bad chest congestion showed up to the doors locked on Christmas Eve. Now she may have to go to an emergency room, if it's covid is that where you wanted to here to be! She drove an extra 30 minutes to be seen to find the doors closed. Thanks for hanging a sick lady out in the cold. I know you don't get praises for being on call during the Holidays, as I was before I retired always expected to work, and worked more during Covid-19. But you never direct a person, in need of medical care to come and have the doors closed on them. My wife will not spend the money for the ER, so she will have to wait till Monday. There are no words I can express to explain my disappointment! I would like to thank Berry in Greenville - Urgent Care for helping us find a place my wife could get to before they closed, as they did not know that Breese is useless.
