This guy is a class act. His personality may be somewhat rough for some, but he is spot on in my opinion; serious but also very professional. After a few visits and listening to some of the dimwits in the waiting room you'd surely lose some of your mild manners also. I had him perform a surgery on me a few years back and have no complaints. Many people want to run to Erie for surgeries, and many times for good reason in my opinion, but I believe you're in good hands with Dan. And no, he's not a close friend..... just my observations and personal feelings from experience. So 5 stars unless my knee blows out! read more

When my alarm for the date and time was accidentally set for am instead of pm and I missed my appointment, they told me I was never allowed to reschedule with them because missing an appointment amounts to unforgivable sin. I must first explain that I really liked Dr. Williams ands felt very comfortable worth his care…read more However, his office staff was apathetic and often rude. They acted as if scheduling an appointment was an inconvenience. When insurance pre approvals were needed they, more than once, delayed sending them to the insurance provider for two weeks. Additionally, the staff took am unacceptably long time to forward records when consultations were needed and finally when I decided to transfer to another doctor. When following up with the office, the staff would refuse to offer explanation for delays and said that they couldn't answer when paperwork would be processed, but that one to two weeks was not uncommon. Unfortunately, not even the best doctor could make up for the rude and inconsiderate attitudes of the office staff.
