He called me when he was 2 minutes away to let me know. He greeted nicely when I entered the car. He drove safely and not once did he get on his phone for any reason. I arrived on time to my appointment and he verified when I needed picked up after my appointment. He asked me to call him 20 minutes before end of appointment to verify when I needed picked up. He arrived on time to pick me up. Again he greeted me and said he hoped my appointment had gone well. And when a car cut him off and he had to brake quickly, he immediately apologized to me. I arrived home on time. He told me he hoped I had a wonderful day. After having a HORRIBLE experience with another transport company (14 total trips), my driver with A1 was absolutely wonderful. Not once was I stressed out or anxious. I look forward to using A1 for all my future appointments. I commend the company and my driver for maintaining a high standard of care for their passengers.

I had a little bit of difficulty with the primary contact, Sam reaching out to me but once we did connect, he made me feel comfortable and assured me he would take care of things. The fee for direct pay arrangement was very reasonable. My driver Derek called me beforehand to let me know when he was in transit and met me at the location. Everything went smoothly and Mom was brought home without much ado. Safety precautions were followed and I would certainly use the service again if needed. The first transport was cancelled by Saint Michaels because the vehicle was in an accident and they had not back up. We had to cancel the doctors appointment. They were scheduled to do another transport on the following day but could not guarantee pick up so we cancelled and hired another service. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and called saint Michaels to request a refund for both trips. It has now been 6 days and I have heard nothing from them. PayPal has told me I have to wait 11 days for Saint Michaels to respond. They clearly have no intention of giving me my money back.
