He explained really well what animals go well together as tank mates and which ones should be separated/avoided and why, and really genuinely cared for the wellbeing of the animals. Not just to sell them but help suggest ways to help them thrive once they are purchased and brought home. My beloved fish tank was probably suffering when I realized my Fluval power filter wasn't working properly, and after trying what I usually try when it gets glitchy, I freaked and realized I was going to have to first FIND, and then hire a professional to help me. I reached out here on Yelp to the top-rated Aquatech and spoke to an angel sent from heaven! Chiao called me immediately and kindly and patiently walked me thru troubleshooting steps and told me exactly what to do when the Fluval power filter wouldn't work. This took probably 15 minutes of her time and she did it gratis!! Then when I started shopping for the power filter online, I found that the power filter that I have is no longer available and asked Chiao for more help. She answered my questions about that as well!
