Fast and kind service was my experience. The place was clean and organized. The service was friendly and efficient.

AWFUL. JUST AWFUL!! I've been a regular customer for months. They are a chop shop and rush, they be doing 5 people at once. I got my feet and nails done this past time and i will NEVER be back!!! I had gotten my nails done last week and they were already falling off yesterday!!! Oh and don't even bother making an appointment.. I made one for 3pm and wasn't seen until 4:30pm.. per usual. I now have a HOLE in my FOOT because i contracted some kind of infection from them. I also have glue all over my fingers, nails, and hands (I have a doctors appointment because of how bad they hurt me!!!!) Super unprofessional and obviously not sanitary. She didn't clip my cuticles or prep my nails even though i asked her too, she did the after "massage" with the dust and crust still on the both of us. Nails are different sizes and thickness.. i could keep going but i'll end here. read more

This is the second time in a row that we were forced to wait for a specific nail tech to become available, which meant we waited over an hour for our turn. In addition, three ladies that came in long after us were helped, while we continued to sit and wait. We did not ask for a specific tech, but from what I can gather, that is the only one that is willing to work on people who have special needs. We still provided a tip and appreciate the one willing, but that is poor business tactics and is discrimination. That is not ok and that is why this will have to be our last visit here. I am sad that this is the case. I hope if they read this, they will do better for others going forward. read more

I was hurt 3x during my appointment and I was trying to be nice but she kept being on her phone and pressing the button to dry my nails again and again. I explained it wasnt the design I wanted (plain silver cat eye) and she laughed and said it was fine. I get my nails done every 3 weeks so I know how many steps she skipped. The manager did nothing and I will NEVER be back. I paid $95 at the beginning of service to receive TRASH and didn't give me my money back. Don't waste your time. The lady who did my nails was very rushed. She didn't say two words to me didn't ask me how my day was didn't ask me how I found out about their shop, nothing. She was very aggressive and kept shoving my hand away as she would reach for the other hand. I have arthritis in my hands and when she grabbed my hands especially my thumbs. Pain shot up my arms. She could also obviously see me wincing and pain and kind of tensing up a little bit but she didn't stop. She had her kid there and he kept running up to her and bumping her which in turn was causing her to burn my skin. Several of my fingers were scraped from her tools that she was using . Overall it was a bad experience, and I don't think I'll be back there anytime soon. read more

This is by far the worst salon that I have ever been to. I went in for a fill 2 weeks ago & I was charged $50 altogether. I had 1 rhinestone put on each nail and was charged $1 for each tiny rhinestone. I also got gel polish. My nails were loose again 4 days later!!!!! I came back this week again for a fill but without the gel and rhinestones and the guy tried to charge me $45 !! He rushed my nails and the he made the nail that he had to repair look nothing like the others. He was friendly but his work was horrible. The only person in the shop worth going to is lindsay. Absolutley TERRIBLE. This used to be a good place to go and it is awful now. They will tell you 20 minute wait and it turns out to be an hour +. It does not matter if you have an appointment or not. They do a terrible job with cleaning up and manicuring your nails. I would NEVER recommend this place. Take your money and go else where. read more

For what I paid for, my nails I should not look this shitty. They're all bumpy and they're not even the shape that I asked for, let alone similar in shape at all. When I asked for a stiletto nails I was told that I couldn't get them because my nails are too small, even though i've gotten them done like that before and then he just decided to give me whatever shape he wanted. they're wide and rounded, not even close to the shape that i wanted. I had gone there once before and my nails looked great, now they look like absolute shit. i understand that they are not going to be EXACTLY perfect, but they should look nicer. i paid $45 for this and i would never again. i'm leaving for a trip tomorrow so it's not like i could even get them fixed. i don't recommend going there unless you want to get the opposite of what you ask for‍ read more

This place is a pretty good nail salon. Clean, friendly service and great prices. I just had a pedi here and they did a great job. The atmosphere is pretty relaxing and its easy to take a book to read and get pampered. Great for nails and my friend had her eyebrows waxed and they did a great job. read more

Everyone seemed very nice but I am so disappointed with my mani/pedi. The lady doing my toes cut my cuticles so badly it was bleeding into the next day. Also she made my nails very uneven and didn't even massage my feet. I had another tech for the gel manicure who seemed to be more professional but was rushed and sloppy. Not to mention they didn't have the first 2 colors that i selected. I guess I will be looking for a new place to get my nails done. read more

So disappointed in the look of my nails. I was a walk in for a simple fill and was okay with whichever nail tech could see me. Big mistake. My nails look awful. They are lumpy with uneven polish. Then they insult you by insisting on payment up front before they do your nails!! The polish remained tacky, never drying and peeled off after 2 days. I went in on a Saturday morning and received awful service. The nail tech was very friendly, but he did not do a good job at all. I had a pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure was better than the manicure, however the painting on my toe nails was very uneven and sloppy. The manicure part of the shellac was alright, but the actual painting was not well done. The nail tech stood the entire time he was painting my nails as if he was in a hurry to get to the next customer. He was also very sloppy with the top coat and left a lot of clear shellac on the sides of my fingers which ended up peeling and coming off much too quickly. When I asked him if he could try to wipe some of the clear top coat out of the creases of my nails, he seemed very perturbed. Needless to say, my shellac (that should've lasted about two weeks) only lasted two days before it chipped, peeled and I had to take the rest of it off. A huge waste of money. read more
