There's a small lot for parking - I'd suggest getting there within the first 2 hours of them opening on Fridays and the weekend. The entire staff is extremely friendly and more than willing to help you out. They're so jolly! The small trees around 1-2 ft are around $35. 3-4ft is around $40. 4-5ft is around $55 5-6ft can range between $80 6ft+ is $100 up. Honestly it's worth the price, and I love to support the nice owners of this place. They definitely know how to make it a wonderful experience!

I prefer the white pumpkins. What about you?  The apples are DELICIOUS! We like the Magnum Bonum. The owners say it's great for baking. We like the taste. The Honey Crisp apples are huge!  They have pumpkin butter, candy, and peanuts.  FOOD TRUCKS: They have food trucks on the property which makes for a great day trip to Winston-Salem!   Here are two that we recommend:    Papa Bears Coffee-n-Donuts, the owner makes his own pumpkin icing to go over his donuts! They are on Facebook.  Graffiti Grub had her grand opening today at Hawks! She has iced hot chocolate! Coffee and treats. She will be selling candied apples and the apples come from Hawks. She doesn't have social media yet, but I hope you will stop by and support local.   I saw an Ice Cream truck setting up but didn't get the name.  Other unique features: Grab a red wagon and fill it up with pumpkins and apples, or take your kids for a ride around the patch.   Lots of photo props and opportunities, but if you're a professional photographer please check in with the owners.  Fun for the whole family!!

I ventured out here thinking that it was a "Christmas Tree FARM"... I was actually looking for more…read moreof an experience but I believe I read the website incorrectly or something. It wasn't much to look at, probably just a seasonal location for them. One of the guys helping me out said they shipped the trees and wreaths and such from the mountains. The staff: AWESOME! Very helpful... They wrap your tree and tie it on your roof and everything. The selection: We went about a week before Christmas, so I would assume they had sold a lot already. The trees were beautiful and awesomely prices. They had this 12 or so foot tree for $154. Going to close to Christmas, I think they were just trying to get rid of their inventory so I got an awesome deal on this huge wreath. The owners wife made it... It's gorgeous!! She even hand made the bow which really complimented the wreath very well. Being in Charlotte, this was a bit of a drive on some weird back road that I've never been on. I'd go back again, although I'm still a little upset I didn't get any apple cider. I did however pick up some local honey and some homemade winter pickles. Yum!

It's $10/foot for you cut trees and cash only so plan ahead. Friendly family owned operation. Better tree selection than the place in Jacksonville but if you're used to tree farms out west or on New England, don't expect that here. But for this part of the state, it's a good find! I just hate that they butcher all the trees into cones. I'd rather a natural tree that doesn't look like Edward Scissorhands had come through.

The location isn't far from I-40 and I made a day of it by stopping by the Antique Market Place which is about a 10 min drive from here. Their prices aren't bad, I purchased a weathered stool for $32 and a crate with its lid for only $23. Everyone here was very friendly and willing to answer questions and help you to your car with your purchases. I plan on visiting again in Nov to see what new items they have to offer.
