When Duke reconnected my service line after…read morethey removed my tree, I discovered there were a few branches from a neighboring oak that were still very close to the electrical line. I called Ace back and asked if they could trim those branches as well. Within 24 hours he came out and assessed what needed to be done. He gave me a day and time they would return to cut the branches, which they did well within the timeframe given. Usually follow-up work takes several phone calls and lots of waiting and frustration.
