We had a great meal which included various types of pierogi, as well as beetroot soup and hunters stew. There are plenty of other hearty choices on the menu, all at reasonable prices. The decor is fascinating with lots of interesting stuff to look at in a cottage that is reminiscent of a log cabin. We would certainly eat here again.

The euro will go a long way, and if you're extra thrifty walk up the street in poland to the little liquor store and buy some vodka to take back with you. I also had a large beer, she a hot chocolate, and we ordered dessert of an old Polish apple cake and an Irish Coffee. All of that came to 87 zloty or under $20 USD. It is the only convenient Polish restaurant for pedestrians in Goerlitz and I would stop in again given the chance.
