It's never a good idea to allow a conflict of interest to exist in a real estate professionals way of doing business. We had 27 legitimate offers on this home. Some potential buyers left us notes about how they loved the house and could see themselves raising a family there . If she was honest with us , we would have never sold it to her and her husband knowing her true intentions. It's difficult to believe that an agency allows this sort of misrepresentation to occur. Not a realtor I would ever trust or want to do business with. Buyer or seller beware!

We were concerned at the time of reviewing all offers that their intentions were to flip it and we did not want the charm of our childhood home ripped out even though we knew the home needed some changes. We just didn;t want someone changing the entire layout so we asked our realtor to speak with Ms Orshak and address our concern. She blatently lied to our realtor and told him a few changes would be made but that they were buying it for relatives to live in who were from Ukraine. We knew my mother would be happy about that scenario so we sold to her husband. Next thing we know he is flipping it and it just sold for $130,000 more than what they bought it for. Our former neighbors reached out to us and could not believe the pictures of what they had done to my mom and dad's home. THere is no more charm. They ripped it out to benefit their wallets. I would not recommend using this ageny or that realtor ever as she is only out to make a buck for herself and her husband and an agency that allows their realtors to lie and cheat is not an agency I would want to use.
