We recently purchased two new garage doors from D&D. The actual purchasing process was a little…read moredifferent as we received nothing telling us what we had purchased and they didn't ask for a deposit. We were given the install date and hoped for the best. On the day of the install, the Installer (Anthony) from D&D showed up exactly at the agreed upon time. He showed me the new garage doors, explained what he would do doing and how long it would take and then went to work. He actually finished over an hour early and the results are perfect. There was one very minor issue that arose several hours later. I called D&D and they sent someone over to correct the problem within 30 minutes. D&D seems to do business the "old school" way. No Deposit needed and pay when the work is acceptably completed. It's a great way of doing business. They have a large inventory of quality products and they stand behind their work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
