I made it very clear several times I needed anchors put in the wall due to weight of clothes and after 2 days of work being done the rack fell again and I could see he did not put anchors in the wall to reinforce the weight of the clothes. I have three racks and two of them fell again after work was done, just a matter of time before the other one falls. When I reached out to company they confirmed they did not put anchors in only added bracket but yet charged me $50 for supplies" which in reality cost $5. Did not even offer to make things right and do the work the correct way. Now I need to spend an additional amount of money to get the work done by someone else the correct way. There is NO EXCUSE for this if you are not capable of doing the work the correct way then don't take the job!

As it was categorized by room, and the services that room required, it was super easy to make additions to/deletions from the list in order to meet our budget requirements. As well, John has a large crew. They are not only adept at painting but at drywall repair! They filled what seemed like hundreds of nail holes left by the previous owners and patched more extensive damage when we removed a railing in the stairwell.
