Its sad to write bad reviews. But I have to warn everyone that Kumar (name of sleezy sales man)…read moresells supposed Cubans to me (which I still do not know if its legal for me to transport back to the states legally) . Kumar said they were so legal he would take me to the airport to make sure it gets in (Obvious Lie). He also said I should hold the box of cigards and walk right through TSA with it ( really?) What got me the most is that I bought a box of Cubans which I found out when I got home, that he completely ripped me off. Sadly when I looked online I saw the same boxes for 1/4 the price. If it helps you understand how badly I feel, He charge me 950.00 for 25 cigars ( mix box of cigar seen below) . I understand a reasonable mark up, I love supporting local business. However I found out that one of the types of Cubans that I got from him ( Series 4 Petagans) sell for a box of 5 cigars for 70 dollars ( plus shipping)... He will sell to his patrons for 225 plus tax for 5 cigards. How is that a reasonable mark up? I am willing to pay even 150 max for 5 cigars and not feel bad but he charging 225 plus tax. I go to PR to try to support the community. I met many nice small business in PR. However this man Kumar will rob you blind. Buyer beware. And Sadly it supports that fact that his home country, wherever people name Kumar are from, live up to their shady stereotype. side note, at the airport they made everyone that had Coffee with him remove their coffee.
