A couple of hours later, I received a call from one of their technicians who had just finished another job and could be at my house in about half an hour. Honestly, that was a completely different experience! When he arrived, he took care of everything and even shared some helpful suggestions afterward. I was really impressed. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's all about how they're handled. Good communication can turn potential issues into positive outcomes, and Green Drop did just that today. While there's always room for improvement, credit should be given where it's due. I can't recall the technician's name, but he is definitely welcome back anytime for service!

No one in their office responds to voicemails or emails, so maybe they'll respond to this review? I…read moreapproved a quote on May 11th for a lawn rejuvenation package for my front yard. I emailed back on the 18th to let them now I hadn't received any further communication. Got an email back about an hour later saying a treatment was scheduled for May 19th. So they had me on their schedule, they just forgot to tell me. I had some questions so I left a voicemail with them and sent an email, but got no reply. The next day, Friday May 19th, I got an email stating that they had performed fertilizing and weed control. I work close to home and decided to check out my lawn. Got home and saw that they had performed this service on my neighbor's lawn, complete with the little sign they stick in the lawn. Called them again, no answer. Left them a voicemail, no reply. Sent them an email explaining what happened, and to call me, no reply. As of today, May 23rd, I still haven't heard a thing. I sent an email stating that I'm cancelling their services, and I'm not paying for the treatment they did to my neighbor's yard. Very confusing that they don't have someone to answer the phone, or respond to potential customer's questions. Do not recommend.
