I came in for four band new tires on a vehicle I have only had for a short time because the dealer told me all four had to be replaced. I thought the fronts looked ok, but trusted the dealer. At Genuine they went to replace the tires but brought me back to show me that the front tires were in practically brand new shape and said they wouldn't feel right giving me four new tires when I only needed two. So two it is. One of my first experiences here a few years back was when I had a nail in my tire. I brought it in. They took off the tire, tested it for leaks, found none, checked the balance and put it back on. When I asked them how much I owed them for doing that, their response was "Nothing. Just bring it back when you need something done." Genuine Car Care Center is a PRIME EXAMPLE of how a small business automotive service provider should be. On my first visit I had the manager take a look at my bumper and was told that he knew the adjuster from the insurance company. He said he would call me after he had that conversation. After waiting two weeks with no word about getting the car fixed I went back into the business to talk to the same manager. He told me he had not heard back from the insurance company and would call me as soon as he could get me in to repair my vehicle. In the weeks that followed I have not heard or seen him much less been able to repair the car. I went to a different shop and had it fixed in a few days.

On the appointment day, I brought the car back and hung out in their waiting room. About roughly 30 minutes later, Tony pops in and says all done come take a look. You literally cannot tell where the dent was...!!! To top it off it was inexpensive compared to what a body shop probably would have charged. These guys are absolutely amazing...!!!
