Probably the best measure of customer service is how a business decides to deal with a problem. I ordered a backhoe attachment on June 1, 2017. Kubota back ordered the equipment and that was going to put me behind schedule for my project. Dave at OVS pulled some strings to get me a loaner excavator that I could use until the backhoe arrived. Chris and his team in the shop even came out and fixed the excavator after I slipped a tread. OVS, you've made a customer for life!

He…read moreunderstood the job clearly and concisely and even added some features and functions I had not thought of. When I went out to pick up the finished product, not only was each one custom fit to each mounting spot at the correct angles, they had also used neoprene washers with stainless steel bolts, washers and lock nuts and even sealed the hull. Just as I would have done it if I could have. They have pride in their finished product. The best was at the last, the price was about 3/4 of what I would have paid the manufacturer for an inferior product without hardware and mounting. Try Kelly with your challenges, I bet he delivers beyond your goals.

More than a week later I finally got a call saying the saw needed $125 in repairs including a "carb kit", which is more than the value of the saw. On top of that, I owed $21 for an inspection fee that nobody warned me about! I asked how they came to the conclusion that it needed a carb kit, and the guy just said "process of elimination I guess". If the saw doesn't have a choke lever, it's obviously not going to start, so how the hell could they determine it needed a carb kit? I was then pressured into buying one of their used chainsaws in order to avoid the $21 inspection fee. These guys thought I didn't know anything about engines and they took advantage of me. I will not be back.

My 2019 Forest River travel trailer developed a crack in the frame where the axle bracket is welded…read moreto the frame. I spent several months going through inspections with their authorized service center and had to wait while Forest River and the frame manufacturer developed a repair plan. In the end, the service center was unable to do the repair and my alternatives were to either drive my trailer to their plant in Indiana or find a local welder. Jeff at Furrion has great reviews and a friend also recommended him. He developed a plan similar to Forest Rivers' and repaired the cracks (he found a crack starting on the opposite axle weld as well) and welded 30 x 4-1/2 inch 1/4 inch plates on both sides of the frame, as well as some 2 x 2 angle iron to reinforce the frame both in front of and behind the axle welds. I am extremely happy with the results of the repair and will not hesitate to have Jeff do any future repairs or fabrication I might need. Forest River has also stepped up and agreed to reimburse me the cost of the repair as it met their plan specifications. I would add that another RV repair shop that does perform welding services refused to even attempt this job. Thanks again Jeff!

My clothes dryer developed a loud squeal suggesting a bad roller. Unit serviced by ATS…read moreMcMinnville. Rather than risk another part soon developing a similar problem I had "Sam" replace ALL rollers. I paid $462 for this work. Sam left without running the dryer to show it was fixed. When I next used the unit, squeal was gone but there now exists a Loud thumping sound, as if hitting the cabinet rapidly with your fist. It's loud enough to be heard across the house. I complained, requested repair; Sam returned days later...but rather than just FIX the problem, he spent ~ 30 minutes trying to talk me out of wanting the noise remedied. The machine went unfixed...Sam promising a "warranty". Granted the loud thumping subsides after a few minutes of running but it is NOT normal. If a dryer made that noise on a showroom floor, nobody would buy it. Clearly the noise DOES bother me and I wanted it fixed as soon as I first heard it when service was done in Sept 2025. Instead after paying $462 I got a repairman trying to talk me out of him just fixing the problem. Definitely Unhappy, I curse ATS every time I start that dryer. I'll never hire them again. Beware.
