In the AI reviews it mentions Integrity well I have to counter that review. I found out just how…read morelittle Integrity they have just today . One of the hydraulic hoses on my Kubota loader spring a leak so I brought it in to get it replaced . They made a replacement it is a 3/8 inch holes . I thought while I was at it I would replace all the other hoses so that I wouldn't have to worry about any of them bringing a leak anytime soon . They had to order the connector ends cuz they didn't have enough to satisfy my order . So I took off my hoses a week later brought them in and when I picked them up I mentioned that they seem to be pretty big in diameter and the service rep said yeah there's 30 . When I got home I realized they made one half inch diameter hoses instead of 3/8 in hoses. So I called them up and they said that won't be an issue whatsoever you can use those . Well it turns out the very first time I used my tractor it blew the seal on one of my bucket loader hydraulic Rams . At first I didn't know where the lake was coming from and I thought it might have just been from changing the other house. So I cleaned up the mess used the tractor once more park it once again oil on the floor and then I saw where the oil was coming from. Anyway I talked about the service manager and the owner of the Newfane Kubota dealership and he denies any responsibility just a coincidence she says just a coincidence will my tractor has been kept indoors it is immaculate you wouldn't even know it's age by looking at it. It has only 500 hours on it which is nothing I didn't have any seepage or any problems before this. Not only that but since they use half inch hose with half inch connectors it cost me an extra $100 and I didn't even complain about that I just took his word for it that everything would be fine. Well today he said he's not doing nothing for me he's not going to give me the seal kit I'll have to buy and install myself. He doesn't care that he overcharged me $100 because he used the wrong size hoses. He takes no responsibility here whatsoever. I will never go to this dealership again and I hope nobody else does.

It was because over the years I saw how good their service really was and how well they treated their customers. The service and the value for price made Kubota and Niagara Implement the natural choice. The integrity of Al, Matt, Greg and the entire staff is what impresses me still today. Now years later when I needed them they were there for me. Well done. I have done and still do time after time I recommend these folks and their products wholeheartedly! Yelp apparently has added this site as WOLF Nursery does not have it's own website. The name of the…read morenursery is Wolf Nursery, not Wolf's. Anyway, without several reviews, how can a company be properly rated? Here's my take. I was initially quite disappointed with the load of gravel I received from Wolf. It was properly graded and I was satisfied with that. But when I complained that it did not match a similar job done at a neighboring location, on the same day, with the same size gravel, I was told I must have meant to order a larger stone (#1). Well, being a woman and not knowing my stone grades/sizes, I still did not think this explained the difference in appearance between the two jobs (the other job was done by Wolf at my suggestion, but these other people have always had Wolf do their parking lot area when needed. I just happened to know they were in need of stone at the same time I needed it, so I told the owner to contact them). Anyway, the owner came out and saw what I was referring to as a *problem*. He again stated I must have wanted a larger size stone. Although I didn't understand why the difference in the two jobs, I offered to pay for more stone to reach the consistency I had hoped for. The owner immediately said he "just wanted me to be happy" with my driveway and said he would have another load of stone brought and applied at no extra charge. I believe I spoke to him in person on Friday afternoon, and the following Monday morning at 8:00 am a load of stone and a Wolf Nursery employee arrived! I had to go away right at that time, but I came back 3 hours later to a BEAUTIFUL driveway! You can draw your own conclusions for this narrative, but, in my mind, a company will stand behind their products and services, and, in this case, Wolf Nursery certainly DID!

After we were done, they came back on a later day and picked it up. Both drop off and pick up were a 5min process. The machine operated with no issues. This specific machine was able to retract its tracks so that it could fit through small spaces (fence gate, in our case). Would gladly rent from Bobcat of Buffalo in the future.

We were on a tight budget and the deductible for the damage put my account in the red. I called Bobcat and spoke with Mike Freundschuh about my rental and he refunded me the entire deductible! In these hard times, I don't know if I would have been able to bounce back from this or at least at the point my business is at, I would definitely recommend Bobcat of Buffalo to anyone looking to rent a heavy duty machine you can count on to get the job done. They have a very respectful and understanding team and I would not go anywhere else!
